Amuse Inc. (株式会社アミューズ) is one of Japan's most prominent entertainment companies, founded in 1978 by Yokichi Osato. The company provides comprehensive artist management services for musicians, actors, idols, models, and athletes — with notable clients including Southern All Stars, Masaharu Fukuyama, Perfume, Babymetal, and Gen Hoshino — and also produces and distributes TV programs, radio programs, commercial films, and theatrical films. Publicly traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Section (ticker: 4301), the Amuse Group encompasses over 15 subsidiaries spanning live events, music labels, film/TV production, digital content, sports agency, merchandise, and international operations in the US, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and China. In recent years the company has relocated its head office to Aoyama, Tokyo, and has expanded into Web3/metaverse entertainment through its Kulture Inc. subsidiary.
