Acid Pop Productions LLC is a Marvel Studios project-specific limited liability company (LLC), incorporated in California in April 2021. It is one of many single-purpose production LLCs that Marvel Studios creates to operate individual MCU film and television productions, with the company name typically serving as an oblique working-title reference to the project. The LLC was initially attached to the Marvel/Disney+ project 'Armor Wars' (working title 'Rigatoni') and as of May 2025 has been re-assigned to a new Disney+ streaming series project under the working title 'Jolly Roger.' It is managed by MVL Productions LLC, Marvel Studios' film slate subsidiary, and is registered at the Walt Disney Studios lot in Burbank, California.
