Billie, a Feature Film to be directed by Lee Daniels, starts filming in January in New Orleans, LA. The project is being developed by Roth Kirschenbaum Films and Lee Daniels Entertainment. Producers Ed Cathell, Jeff Kirschenbaum, Mark Bomback and Joe Roth are helming the production.
