Thomas M. Hammel is a veteran American film producer and unit production manager whose career spans five decades, beginning with his earliest credit as unit manager on Fantasm (1976). He is best known for his long-running dual role as executive producer and UPM on major studio franchises including Spider-Man, Thor, Planet of the Apes, Night at the Museum, and Percy Jackson, working primarily with 20th Century Fox and Marvel/Disney. A Primetime Emmy Award winner for Outstanding Made for Television Movie for Barbarians at the Gate (HBO, 1993), he also received an Emmy nomination for The Burning Season (1995). His most recent credit is executive producer and UPM on Disney+'s Peter Pan & Wendy (2023).
