Scott M. Rosenfelt is one of Hollywood's most successful independent producers, best known for serving as Executive Producer on Home Alone — the highest-grossing live-action comedy of all time — and for producing Smoke Signals (1998 Sundance Audience Award & Filmmakers Trophy winner), Mystic Pizza, Teen Wolf, and Extremities. He is President of Cinema Veritas and founder/principal of 8th Street Films, Inc., and has more recently produced Critical Thinking (2020, directed by and starring John Leguizamo) and Holiday Twist (Grindstone/Lionsgate). A member of the DGA, WGA, and Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Rosenfelt is also an active writer-director and has been a guest lecturer at NYU, USC, UCLA, Loyola Marymount, AFI, the Beijing Film Academy, and the American University in Paris.
