Ro Donnelly is a Los Angeles-based film and television producer and co-founder of TeaTime Pictures, the independent production company she launched in 2019 alongside actress-producer Dakota Johnson. Prior to founding TeaTime, she served as a development executive at Netflix overseeing scripted series including The Umbrella Academy, The Society, and American Vandal. Under the TeaTime banner she has produced Cha Cha Real Smooth (2022 Sundance Audience Award winner, Apple TV+), Am I OK? (2022), Daddio (2024, Sony Pictures Classics), and Splitsville (2025 Cannes Première, Neon); in July 2025, TeaTime closed a first-look TV deal with Sony Pictures Television, and the company has features A Tree Is Blue and Trudy Blue actively in production or pre-production.
