Rishi Rajani is a film and television producer and executive who co-founded and served as CEO of Hillman Grad Productions alongside Emmy-winning writer-producer Lena Waithe from 2018 through mid-2025. Under his leadership, Hillman Grad grew into a multi-platform entertainment company, producing award-winning projects including A Thousand and One (2023 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner), The Forty-Year-Old Version, Chang Can Dunk, Kokomo City, and series The Chi, Twenties, and Boomerang. Prior to Hillman Grad, he honed his skills at 20th Century Fox, UTA, Paradigm, and Studio 8. As of June 2025, Rajani departed Hillman Grad following the company's restructuring and is expected to launch a new venture with former colleague Naomi Funabashi.
