Mark Richard Gordon (born October 10, 1956, Newport News, Virginia) is one of Hollywood's most prolific and decorated film and television producers, with over 100 credits spanning blockbuster features, long-running series, and Broadway productions. A graduate of NYU Film School, he founded The Mark Gordon Company in 1987, producing landmark titles including Saving Private Ryan, Speed, Grey's Anatomy, and Criminal Minds. After selling The Mark Gordon Company to Entertainment One and serving as eOne's president, he launched Mark Gordon Pictures in 2020 — an eOne-backed company with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London that has expanded into Broadway theatrical production. His most prominent current project is producing Narnia: The Magician's Nephew (directed by Greta Gerwig, with Meryl Streep and Daniel Craig), which completed principal photography in January 2026 and is scheduled for theatrical release February 12, 2027, followed by Netflix streaming on April 2, 2027.
