About
Mali Elfman is an award-winning Writer and Director and BAFTA-nominated Producer based in Los Angeles. She began her career producing micro-budget horror features and served as Head of Production for Fun Size Horror, distributing over 300 short horror films via Alamo Drafthouse, Amazon, and Hulu. She made her feature directorial debut with Next Exit (2022), which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was distributed by Magnolia/Magnet Releasing. In 2023, she was named one of Variety's 10 Producers to Watch and has been selected for both the Tribeca/Chanel 'Through Her Lens' Grant and the Cannes Film Festival's 'Breaking Through the Lens' program.
