Lawrence Till is a BAFTA and Royal Television Society nominated British Producer and Director with a career spanning over forty years in award-winning theatre and television. He served as Artistic Director at the Octagon Theatre Bolton (1991–1999) and Watford Palace Theatre (1999–2006), winning a Writers' Guild Award for his encouragement of new writers and commissioning over forty new plays. His major television credits include five series of Shameless (Channel 4/Company Pictures), three series of Silent Witness (BBC Studios) as Producer and Director, The Devil's Hour Series 2 & 3 (Amazon Prime/Hartswood Films), and Douglas Is Cancelled (ITV/Hartswood Films, 2024). He is currently producing Number 10, a Channel 4 comedy-drama written by Steven Moffat for Hartswood Films, and is represented by Curtis Brown in London.
