Lauren Gellert is a veteran unscripted television executive and producer who served as EVP of Development & Original Programming at WE tv (AMC Networks) from 2012 to 2023, where she launched landmark reality franchises including Marriage Boot Camp, Growing Up Hip Hop, Love After Lockup, and Braxton Family Values. Prior to WE tv, she held senior roles at ION Media Networks, RDF/Zodiak USA, TruTV, Court TV, and VH1. Following her exit from AMC Networks in April 2023, she founded Marzo Media, a production and digital media company, and in December 2023 launched Taste & Talk, a purpose-driven women's community salon and events venture that has expanded nationally. She currently works as a media consultant and producer with multiple platform and production partners.
