Jon Croker is a British screenwriter best known for his work on the Paddington franchise and for co-adapting the Academy Award-winning animated short The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse (2022). He began his career as a production assistant on the Harry Potter films before transitioning into script editing at the UK Film Council, where he worked with filmmakers including Jane Campion and Duncan Jones. His current slate includes Prince Charming for Disney (directed by Paul King), the limited series Hot Air (starring Andrew Garfield, directed by David Leitch), Paul McCartney's animated film High in the Clouds for Gaumont, and the Amazon Prime Video series Murdle for Legendary Television. He is represented by Independent Talent Group in the UK and CAA in the US.
