Joey McFarland (born April 30, 1972) is an Oscar-nominated American film producer and screenwriter based in Los Angeles, best known for producing Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), which earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture. He co-founded Red Granite Pictures in 2010 with Riza Aziz, where he served as Vice Chairman and oversaw a slate representing over $825 million in worldwide box office revenue. In 2018, he founded McFarland Entertainment, an independent development and production company focused on historically and culturally significant stories, whose first major release was Emancipation (2022), directed by Antoine Fuqua and starring Will Smith for Apple TV+.
