Jeff Kwatinetz is an American attorney, talent manager, and media proprietor who is the Founder and CEO of The Firm — a film and television production company, music management firm, and record label he originally founded in 1997 and re-launched in 2015. He serves as COO of Cube Vision, the production company he runs alongside longtime partner Ice Cube, which produced the blockbuster Straight Outta Compton, and together they co-founded BIG3, the professional 3-on-3 basketball league. Over his 30-year career, Kwatinetz has executive-produced numerous series and films including Wilfred, Royal Pains, Salem, Tribes of Palos Verdes, and has developed and managed the careers of artists including Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Backstreet Boys, Kelly Clarkson, Korn, and Jennifer Lopez.
