Cherubini, DBA, CPA, CMA, CGMA is an American film producer, co-founder and CFO/COO of Dawn's Light Media, an independent production and financing company founded in 2014 with offices in Washington, DC and Los Angeles that has produced and distributed 45+ feature films across action, thriller, family, and drama genres. He currently serves as Executive-in-Residence and Assistant Teaching Professor of Finance at Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business, and guest lectures at Nordakademie in Hamburg, Germany. He is also the founder of management consulting firm Seraphim Associates International, and his work has been covered by The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes, Variety, Deadline, Bloomberg, and CFO Brew.
