F.J. DeSanto (born Frank Jeffery DeSanto, August 27, 1972) is a Los Angeles-based producer, showrunner, writer, and comic book creator specializing in adaptations of comics, graphic novels, manga, and anime for film and television. He serves as Head of Film & Television at Vault Comics, where he has shepherded numerous IP adaptations to major studios and streamers, most recently executive producing Netflix's Barbaric (2026). He is best known as showrunner of Transformers: War for Cybertron (Netflix, 2020) and Tekken: Bloodline (Netflix, 2022), and earlier in his career served as SVP of Production & Development at Comic Book Movies Inc. and spent nine years as VP of Development for the executive producers of the Batman franchise. He is also a musician and co-founder of the bands Hypefactor and Trade Secrets.
