Emma Fleming is an Australian-born, Los Angeles-based costume designer, casting director, and acting coach with over 10 years in the film and television industry. Professionally known as 'Alabama Blonde,' she is an award-winning costume designer and member of the Costume Designers Guild (Local 892), with credits including The Immaculate Room (2022), The Last Stop in Yuma County (2023), and I Really Love My Husband (2025). She also serves as Casting Director for Schön! Magazine and in the independent film space, and has trained extensively in the Meisner acting technique for over 20 years. She was nominated by the Casting Guild of Australia for 'Achievement in Casting' for her diversity-focused work on Testament.
