Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas is a veteran Hollywood producer, former talent agent, and debut novelist who began her career at the William Morris Agency before rising to Senior VP at ICM, where she guided Julia Roberts to become the world's highest-paid actress. She is President of Goldsmith-Thomas Productions and a longtime producing partner with Jennifer Lopez at Nuyorican Productions and Halle Berry at 606 Films, with credits including Hustlers, Maid in Manhattan, Second Act, and Kiss of the Spider Woman. In 2025, she published her debut novel Climbing in Heels (St. Martin's Press) and is co-writing and executive producing its script-to-series adaptation for Peacock alongside Darren Star. She previously served as a manager/producer at 3 Arts Entertainment.
