Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas is a veteran Hollywood producer, former Senior VP at both William Morris Agency and ICM Partners, and debut novelist who began her career as a talent agent in the late 1980s. She is President of Goldsmith-Thomas Productions and EGTV Productions, a long-time producing partner to Jennifer Lopez at Nuyorican Productions, and a producing partner to Halle Berry at 606 Films, with credits spanning Hustlers, Maid in Manhattan, Second Act, Atlas, and Office Romance. In 2025, she published her debut novel Climbing in Heels (St. Martin's Press), which she is co-writing and executive producing as a drama series for Peacock alongside Darren Star via EGTV Productions. She is currently one of the most prolific female producers in Hollywood with multiple projects in development and post-production.
