David Lipper is a Canadian actor, director, producer, and writer born February 17, 1974, in Montreal, Quebec, best known for his role as Viper in ABC's Full House (1994–1995) and its Netflix sequel Fuller House. After accumulating over 70 credits in film and television, he transitioned behind the camera, directing his first feature Death Link in 2021 and co-founding production company Latigo Films with Robert A. Daly Jr. that same year. Latigo Films — signed to CAA's Media Finance division in 2022 — has produced an aggressive slate of action, thriller, and genre films including Neglected (2025, starring Josh Duhamel and Dylan Sprouse), Place of Bones, Joe Baby, and Hunt Club. Lipper continues to act, direct, write, and produce simultaneously out of Los Angeles.
