David Beck is a New York-based actor, screenwriter, filmmaker, and composer, and the founder of The Great Griffon, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit film and performance company dedicated to LGBTQ+ storytelling. A magna cum laude graduate of Marymount Manhattan College and classically trained pianist, his TV acting credits include the Emmy-nominated 'Fleishman Is in Trouble' (FX/Hulu) and History Channel's 'The Food That Built America.' He co-wrote and co-directed his debut feature 'Regarding Us' (2024), which premiered at Dances with Films and is now streaming on Paramount+, Tubi, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV; its screenplay was added to the permanent Core Collection at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Library. He is also the creator of the Streamy-nominated web series 'Spring Street' and is currently performing his one-man show 'Old Fashioned Love Story' in New York.
