Dan Kagan is an American independent film producer and founder of the Los Angeles-based production banner Traffic., best known for producing the record-breaking horror hit Longlegs (2024, $128M worldwide). After a decade as a studio executive at Paramount, MGM/Orion Pictures, and Sony, he transitioned to independent producing in 2020 and has since produced six features including Significant Other (2022), Boy Kills World (2023), Azrael (2024), They Will Kill You (2026), and Victorian Psycho (2026, which premiered at Cannes Un Certain Regard). He also serves as an adjunct professor at the USC School of Cinematic Arts and co-founded the LA music and events collective Brownies & Lemonade.
