Damien Gerard Timmer (born 20 October 1968, Chelsea, London) is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Mammoth Screen, the British independent production company he established in 2007, which is part of the ITV Studios group. He has executive produced landmark British drama series for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Netflix, Amazon, HBO, BritBox and PBS, including Poldark, Victoria, Endeavour, The Serpent, World on Fire, and a wide range of Agatha Christie adaptations. Prior to founding Mammoth Screen, he served as Head of Drama at ITV Productions and Head of Granada London Drama, where he oversaw Poirot, Marple and Lewis. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in History.
