Ben Pugh is a British film and television producer and co-founder of 42 Management & Production, a London- and Los Angeles-based integrated management and production company launched in 2013. He began his career producing commercials and music videos before transitioning to film, and prior to 42 he co-ran production company Between The Eyes with Rory Aitken. His producing credits include The Courier (2020), The Silent Twins (2022), The Penguin Lessons (2024), and the My Fault: London franchise. Following a 2024 company restructure, Pugh became President of Production at 42, unifying film and TV production under his leadership from the company's Los Angeles base.
