Barry Jossen is an Academy Award-winning producer and four-decade television industry veteran whose career has spanned Lucasfilm, DreamWorks Television, Imagine Television, ABC Studios (where he founded ABC Signature and Disney's Stage 9), and A+E Studios, where he served as President and Head. Now operating independently through Alcamo Entertainment — partnered with producer Gregory O'Connor and Solaris Entertainment — he continues producing HBO's multi-Emmy-winning documentary series 100 Foot Wave, which won Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series and Outstanding Cinematography for a Nonfiction Program at the 2025 Creative Arts Emmy Awards. His honors include an Academy Award (Dear Diary, 1996), three Emmy nominations, and a CableACE Award for Best Drama Series.
