He is best known for his casting work on HBO's Euphoria, The Sympathizer, and The Idol, A24's Uncut Gems and Marty Supreme, and Focus Features' Bugonia, frequently collaborating with directors such as Sam Levinson, Park Chan-wook, Josh Safdie, and Cary Fukunaga. He made his feature directorial debut with the 2024 horror-thriller Last Straw (Shout! Studios/Shudder), and is attached to direct the Di Novi Pictures thriller Motherboy, his sophomore feature.
