Waypoint Entertainment

Waypoint Entertainment is a Beverly Hills-based full-service film production, development, and financing company co-founded in 2010 by Ken Kao, led day-to-day by partner/producer Josh Rosenbaum. The company acts as a project incubator supporting auteur filmmakers from development through production, with a reputation for collaborating with directors such as Yorgos Lanthimos, Terrence Malick, Martin Scorsese, and Shane Black on critically acclaimed films including Academy Award-winner The Favourite and box office breakout Longlegs. In 2024 Waypoint launched a horror sub-label, Cweature Features, and signed a multi-picture slate financing deal with distributor Neon covering mid-budget ($10M+) independent films.
