About

Two Ton Films is a New York-based independent film and television production company co-founded by screenwriter/director Justin Zackham and producer Clay Pecorin, childhood friends who met in high school in Greenwich, Connecticut. The company is named, jokingly, after their waistlines. It is best known for producing The Bucket List (2007), starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, and The Big Wedding (2013), which Zackham wrote and directed. The company has operated primarily out of the Tribeca Film Center in lower Manhattan.
