Founded in 2005 by former Walt Disney Company and Paramount Pictures CEO Michael Eisner, The Tornante Company is a privately held investment firm that invests in, acquires, and operates companies in media and entertainment. Through its subsidiary Tornante Television, the company develops, produces, and finances animated and live-action comedy and drama series for domestic and international distribution, with credits including BoJack Horseman, Undone, Tuca & Bertie, and NOS4A2. The company also owns Portsmouth Football Club in England and has held diverse portfolio investments in companies such as Topps, Vuguru, Omaze, TaskRabbit, and Clique Media.
