The Originals Production

TOP – The Originals Productions is a French independent production company co-founded in 2008 by French-American producer Alex Berger and writer-director Éric Rochant (originally as 'The Oligarchs Productions', renamed in January 2023). It is best known for producing all five seasons of the critically acclaimed espionage drama Le Bureau des Légendes (The Bureau) for Canal+, which was sold to 120+ countries and led to the US adaptation The Agency (Paramount+/Showtime, 2024). TOP operates as the premium scripted drama production subsidiary of TOG – The Originals Group, and distinguishes itself through its proprietary 'Atelier d'Écriture Structuré' (ADES) Structured Writing Workshop methodology, which blends French auteur tradition with American showrunner models.
