The Comedy Unit Ltd. is Scotland's largest comedy production company, based in Glasgow's Maryhill district, producing award-winning scripted sitcoms, sketch shows, live entertainment, radio, and digital content since 1996. As a subsidiary of Banijay UK, its programming airs across BBC Scotland, BBC Network, Channel 4, Sky, Radio 4, Netflix, and other platforms. The company has won BAFTA Scotland six times and received multiple RTS Scotland and Rose D'Or nominations, with landmark titles including Still Game, Rab C. Nesbitt, Scot Squad, Chewin' the Fat, and Limmy's Show. The company also operates a 7,000 sq ft studio and 2,600 sq ft production office available for hire.
