About

Starmist Films Ltd is a UK-based independent production company co-founded in 2024 by actress-producer Amanda Jiang and producer-writer Enrico Tessarin, developing bold original feature films and premium vertical series with a focus on the gothic fantasy and genre space. The company operates an in-house financing arm — the Pegasus Fund (also referred to as Starmist Capital) — that allows it to develop and fund projects from script through screen. Their debut feature, City of Masks, a gothic romantic thriller inspired by The Phantom of the Opera, was acquired for UK theatrical distribution by BUFF Studios for a Halloween 2026 release, and their second production, Dracula: The Crimson Code, entered production in October 2026.
