Spiderworx Media LLC is a Los Angeles-based California limited liability company co-founded in May 2015 by writer-director Daniel Adams and Nashville music producer Michael Flanders as a $50 million fund to produce theatrical motion pictures. The company also operated as a P&A fund and music publisher, and signed an international sales representation deal with Hyde Park International at launch. Its sole produced feature, the 2018 comedy 'An L.A. Minute,' was distributed by Strand Releasing; however, the company was subsequently the subject of an SEC enforcement action and received a final civil judgment in February 2020, leaving its operational status effectively dormant.
