Sphere Media is one of Canada's leading independent film and television production and distribution companies, with offices in Montreal, Toronto, and London. Founded in 1984 (rebranded to Sphere Media in 2020), the company produces drama series, comedies, documentaries, game shows, variety shows, and 2D animation reaching audiences through major broadcasters and platforms in Canada and internationally. Through its subsidiary Sphere Films, it distributes feature films across Canada, and it jointly owns Sphere Abacus with Bell Media, handling international TV distribution across 165 territories. Its major English-language productions include Transplant, Cardinal, 19-2, Sort Of, and Small Achievable Goals.
