Sister Pictures (now operating as SISTER) is an award-winning, Emmy and BAFTA-winning independent international production company founded in 2016 by Jane Featherstone, with Elisabeth Murdoch as a co-investor, and expanded in 2019 into a global studio with Stacey Snider as a third co-founder. The company develops and produces bold, distinctive scripted drama and film for the world's leading broadcasters and streamers including Netflix, HBO, BBC, Sky, and Amazon, with landmark productions including Chernobyl, Black Doves, Gangs of London, This Is Going to Hurt, and Eric. Based primarily in London with offices in Manchester and New York, SISTER also invests in a growing portfolio of creator-led partner companies spanning animation, publishing, podcasting, and digital media.
