Seaview Productions

Founded in 2012 by Greg Nobile and Jana Shea, Seaview is a New York-based Tony and Olivier Award-winning production company operating across theater, film, and television. The company is known for producing acclaimed Broadway productions including Stereophonic (2024 Tony Award Best Play), Parade, Slave Play, Romeo + Juliet, and Good Night and Good Luck, as well as Off-Broadway hits like Danny and the Deep Blue Sea and Hold Onto Me Darling. In 2020, Sony Music Masterworks acquired a 50% ownership stake to support Seaview's expansion into film and TV; the company has since produced the HBO feature Reality, launched a dedicated film division under Brad Becker-Parton, and in 2026 launched a TV division headed by former A24 executive Jess Lubben with a first-look deal at Fifth Season. Seaview also owns Studio Seaview, a 296-seat Off-Broadway commercial theater at 305 West 43rd Street acquired in January 2025.
