Redboard Productions

Redboard Productions (also known as Red Board Productions) is the personal production banner of acclaimed television writer-producer David Milch, best known for creating HBO's landmark Western drama Deadwood (2004–2006, 2019) and co-creating ABC's NYPD Blue. The company has operated under an exclusive overall deal with HBO, producing celebrated series including Deadwood, John from Cincinnati, and Luck. Redboard also entered an agreement with the William Faulkner Literary Estate to develop films and TV series based on Faulkner's works in association with HBO.
