The company is led by founder Proteus E. Spann, a former actor with credits on 'Oz' and 'The Guiding Light,' who has a background in casting and production. The company is best known for acquiring the rights to the entire literary estate of bestselling LGBTQ+ author E. Lynn Harris — including his debut novel 'Invisible Life' — with the intent to adapt his 12 novels into feature films and stage productions, partnering with co-producers including Tracey Edmonds of Edmonds Entertainment.
