Procirep/Angoa

PROCIREP (Société des Producteurs de Cinéma et de Télévision) is the French collective management organization (CMO) responsible for the defense and representation of French film and television producers in the domain of copyright and neighboring rights, primarily managing audiovisual private copy remuneration. ANGOA (Agence Nationale de Gestion des Œuvres Audiovisuelles) is the sister CMO handling collective rights management for simultaneous and integral retransmission of television programs by third-party network operators (cable, ADSL, satellite), operating in cooperation with AGICOA internationally. PROCIREP also manages the operational activities of ANGOA and the French ISAN Agency, and administers Cinema and Television creation aid commissions that fund development and production of feature films, short films, documentaries, fiction, and animation. In June 2026, PROCIREP extended its mandate to cover the management of audiovisual producers' rights in the domain of generative AI.
