Passion Pictures is a British independent production company founded in 1987 by Andrew Ruhemann, celebrated with 3 Academy Awards, 12 BAFTAs, and 13 Emmys. The company operates as a group of documentary and factual labels — Passion Docs, Passion Planet, and KEO Films — specialising in feature documentaries, natural history, and factual television for international broadcasters and streamers. Known for landmark films including Searching for Sugar Man, The Imposter, One Day in September, and Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story, Passion also maintains a separate animation division (passion-animation.com) with offices in London, Paris, New York, Melbourne, and Barcelona.
