OLM, Inc. (formerly Oriental Light and Magic) is a Japanese animation and film studio headquartered in Setagaya, Tokyo, founded in 1990 and best known for producing the long-running Pokémon anime franchise since 1997, along with other popular series such as Yo-kai Watch, Beyblade Burst, Berserk, Odd Taxi, and The Apothecary Diaries. The studio operates six distinct production teams as of 2025, as well as a CG/digital subsidiary (OLM Digital) and satellite studios in Malaysia, Thailand, and Los Angeles. Since December 2015, OLM has functioned as a majority-owned subsidiary of Japan's Imagica Group, and has expanded beyond animation into live-action television and film production through its collaboration with director Takashi Miike.
