Nuyorican Productions, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based film and television production company founded in 2001 by Jennifer Lopez and Benny Medina, with Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas serving as President and producing partner. The company is known for commercially successful, star-driven and diverse projects spanning features, scripted drama, and unscripted content, with major hits including Hustlers (2019), The Fosters (2013–2018), Shades of Blue (2016–2018), The Mother (2023), and Atlas (2024). Since June 2021, Nuyorican has operated under a multiyear first-look deal with Netflix covering feature films, scripted TV, and unscripted content, with a focus on projects supporting diverse female actors, writers, and filmmakers. The company also has a development pact with Skydance Television and Concord to adapt musicals from the Rodgers & Hammerstein catalog.
