Nordisk Film Distribution is the leading investor in and distributor of feature film and series across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, operating one of the largest film catalogues in the Nordics with approximately 2,500 titles. A division of Nordisk Film A/S — itself part of the Egmont Group — it acquires Nordic IP rights, enters co-production alliances, distributes both local and international titles theatrically and digitally, and operates the Nordisk Film+ streaming service. The company has forged major international distribution partnerships including with A24 (from 2025) and has historically collaborated with Lionsgate, DreamWorks, and other global studios for Nordic releases. Its associated company TrustNordisk is one of the largest international sales agents in Europe.
