Minor Realm is the Los Angeles-based production banner of British-Indian actor-filmmaker Dev Patel, launched in late 2021 with a mission to champion underrepresented voices and talent in film and television. The company holds a first-look deal with ShivHans Pictures and focuses on developing and producing feature films and television projects. Its highest-profile credits include Patel's directorial debut Monkey Man (2024, Universal/Monkeypaw) and the A24 period action-thriller The Peasant (wrapped May 2026), which became A24's first feature shot entirely in India. Minor Realm operates as a lean creative banner tied closely to Patel's personal filmmaker output, co-producing alongside partners such as Thunder Road Pictures, Fifth Season, and A24.
