Manifest Film

Manifest Film is an award-winning documentary and fiction production company based in Bucharest, Romania, founded by producer Monica Lăzurean-Gorgan, a member of AMPAS (Oscar) and EFA. The company is known for bold, socially and politically engaged films with a strong focus on women's stories both in front of and behind the camera. Their most celebrated title, the feature documentary Acasa, My Home (2020), won the Sundance Cinematography Award, received over 40 international awards, and was nominated for Best European Documentary at the European Film Awards.
