Joy House Productions Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based independent production company and social enterprise founded in 2000 by Joy Hopwood, dedicated to creating uplifting films and arts projects that champion diversity and social impact for national and international audiences. The company has produced six feature films — including romantic comedies released via Channel 9, Paramount, and Amazon Prime — alongside documentaries, music, visual art, and literature. It also operates the Joy House Film Festival, Australia's only short film festival centred on the theme of joy and diversity, now in its 12th year. The company's mission centres on putting diverse women at the heart of every story, both in front of and behind the camera.
