HKFilm

HKFilm (formally Hoan Khue Film Production Joint Stock Company) is one of Vietnam's premier film and television production companies, founded in 2005 in Ho Chi Minh City by cinematographer Trinh Hoan and his wife/co-director Nguyen Nu Nhu Khue. The studio produces feature films, television series, gameshows, reality shows, documentaries, and television commercials, and also provides full-service equipment rental and post-production services to broadcasters, advertising agencies, independent artists, and international productions. HKFilm operates studio stages including HK1, HK3, HK8, and HK9 in Ho Chi Minh City, and is widely regarded as one of the top production houses in southern Vietnam, having co-produced numerous Vietnamese box office record-holders. In 2017, HKFilm co-founded the joint venture CJ HK Entertainment with South Korea's CJ ENM, which has since become one of Vietnam's leading film production and distribution entities.
