Ghost City Films

Ghosts City Films is a French independent production company founded in 2019 by Franck Priot, a veteran of French and international cinema and former COO of the French Film Commission (Film France). Based in Toulouse and Paris, the company focuses on feature films and documentaries by Asian filmmakers, with a strong commitment to inclusive storytelling across genders, sexual orientations, and ethnicities. Its subsidiary Ghosts City (co-founded with Chinese producer Shu Ye) provides production services, co-production arrangements, IP management, and consulting for Asian productions wishing to shoot in France, bridging the French and Chinese (and broader Asian) film industries.
