Film Development Council of the Philippines

The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is the Philippine national government film agency, established under Republic Act No. 9167 (2002) and currently supervised by the Office of the President. Its mandate covers the full spectrum of the Philippine film industry — from production grants and filmmaker education (CreatePHFilms, FilmEc), to international co-production facilitation, film location incentives (via the Film Philippines Office), and theatrical exhibition (Cinematheque Centers). FDCP also operates JuanFlix (formerly FDCP Channel), a domestic streaming platform, and the Philippine Film Archive (PFA), which is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Filipino cinema heritage.
