Film Center of the Wallonia Brussels Federation

The Centre du Cinéma et de l'Audiovisuel de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (CCA) is the official public institution responsible for encouraging and supporting the creation, dissemination, and promotion of audiovisual works in French-speaking Belgium (the Wallonia-Brussels Federation). It provides funding at all stages from writing through production and distribution, manages international co-production agreements (including participation in Eurimages), and advises the Minister responsible for audiovisual affairs. With a 2023 budget of approximately €24.86 million, the CCA supported 196 projects that year and is also the competent authority for co-production agreements and the Belgian Tax Shelter mechanism for audiovisual works.
