Figli di San Gennaro, Inc. is a New York-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has organized and produced the annual Feast of San Gennaro in Manhattan's Little Italy since 1996. The 11-day September festival on Mulberry Street—first held in 1926—is one of New York City's most attended Italian-American cultural events, drawing vendors, entertainers, and hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. The organization also provides cash grants to religious and community groups, and in 2026 served as a production collaborator on the feature documentary *The Streets of Little Italy: 100 Years of San Gennaro* (with CIAO USA, narrated by Armand Assante, directed by Paul Borghese).
